Alcorn State's Lino Reyes of Memphis, Tennessee won the 400 Meter Hurdles at the Alabama Relays this past weekend in a time of 51.66.

Alvin Matthews of Greenville finished second in the long jump with a distance of 6.99 meters.

Reyes is a recreation major who attended Memphis Central High while Matthews is an Electro Mechanical Engineering  major with a 3.24 GPA from Greenville Weston High.
