Doss Earns All-American Honors

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Senior Tavoris Doss was named to the FCS All-America 2nd Team yesterday by the Sports Network.

Doss , a 5-9, 170-pound wide receiver from Memphis, Tenn., started in all 12 games for the Braves last season and totaled 708 all-purpose yards.

He led the nation and the SWAC in punt returns averaging 16.1 ypg on 17 returns. He ran back a 96-yard punt return touchdown on against Alabama State on September 29.

Doss caught 32 passes for 418 yards and scored three touchdowns as a wide receiver for the Braves.
