LORMAN, Miss. – The Alcorn State University department of athletics seeks to maintain, re-establish and foster relationships with its former student-athletes from all eras.

Alcorn has created a
questionnaire to help keep its alumni informed and to hear back from former student-athletes.

The department of athletics is also looking to strengthen its historical archives and photo galleries. Former student-athletes are encouraged to send photos, newspaper clippings, old programs and stories to director of sports information

Alcorn acknowledges the importance of maintaining, re-establishing, fostering these relationships as people move on to new chapters of their lives. Alcorn would like to keep up with former student-athletes, their accomplishments and adult careers. The questionnaire will give people the opportunity to share as little information or as much information as they want.

"We are in the process of creating media guides for our athletic programs and have had great success this summer in recovering statistics and data," Kleinmuntz said. "This project can really be taken to the next level if former student-athletes share their photos and memories from their times on campus."
