LORMAN, Miss. – Jarveon Howard has signed as an undrafted free agent with the Green Bay Packers in the 2024 National Football League (NFL) Draft. The 5-10, 200 pound running back from Columbia, Miss. signed a three-year, multi-million dollar rookie contract.
Howard spent the two seasons in an Alcorn State University Braves football uniform. During his time with the Braves, Howard garnered accolades such as BoxtoRow All-American Team (2022), Phil Steele All-Conference Team (2022), All-Southwestern Athletic Conference First Team Offense (2022, 2023).
For the 2023 season, Howard earned his first team selection as a running back for his amazing 2023 season performance. He racked up 785 yards and seven touchdowns while averaging 71.4 yards.
