LORMAN, Miss. – Alcorn State Football was well represented as five Braves earned spots on the 2025 SWAC Football Postseason Awards, highlighting a season defined by steady growth, physical play, and key performances on both sides of the ball.

Junior linebacker Stemarion Edwards secured a place on the First Team after anchoring the Braves' defense with consistency and instinct. His ability to read offenses, close space, and deliver timely stops made him one of the league's most reliable defenders throughout the fall.

Running back Reggie Davis collected Second Team honors following a breakout campaign in the Alcorn backfield. His blend of patience and power allowed him to produce in crucial moments, helping stabilize the offense and set the tone on the ground.

On the offensive line, Cameran Rogers earned a Second Team selection after providing toughness and steady protection in the trenches. His work up front played a central role in Alcorn's ability to move the ball and control the pace of play.

Defensively, Eric Thomas Jr. was named Second Team Defensive Lineman, a testament to his impact on the edge. His presence at the line of scrimmage created matchup problems and energized a unit that consistently rose to meet the moment.

Rounding out the Braves' honorees, punter Demetrion Duvall landed on the Second Team after delivering strategic field position throughout the season. His accuracy and ability to flip the field bolstered Alcorn's defensive efforts week after week.

The collection of conference accolades underscores the program's continued development and the contributions of student-athletes who stepped forward throughout the year. Alcorn State congratulates all five honorees on their well-earned recognition.
