Previous School (Jones County JC)
In 52 kickoffs, Cristofer Thompson (K) booted 16 touchbacks and 3,149 yards for a 60.6 yards per kick average, including zero out of bounds. As a freshman at Jones County JC, Thompson was 11-for-15 in field goals with a long of 51 yards. He was also 78-for-81 in PATs and was the third-highest scoring kicker in NJCAA. Thompson was the Mississippi Bowl Offensive MVP.

High School
Thompson was a three-sport athlete at Adams County Christian School and lettered in football, soccer and tennis... he earned All-State Honors as a punter and kicker... aided Adams County to the state championship game in 2017 and finished as runner-ups
