LeAntwan Luckett led all scorers with a game-high 21 points and reached the 1,000 career-point total in the Braves 95-73 win over Dillard tonight at the Davey L. Whitney Complex.
The Braves went ahead 6-0 early in the first half and never looked back outscoring Dillard 55-34 in the half.
As a team, the Braves shot 52.2 percent from the field and scored 56 points in the paint.
Tyrel Hunt scored 20 points for the Braves and was 7-of-9 from the field. Â
Reginald Johnson scored 18 points and made 7-of-8 free throws in the Braves win.
After a week off, the Braves hit the road on Dec. 2 for their next game at Troy. Â Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.
