Birmingham, Ala. - Earlier today the Southwestern Athletic Conference announced the 2014 All-SWAC Teams and sophomore
LeAntwan Luckett captured a spot on the All-SWAC 1st Team for his outstanding performance this season.
Luckett, a 2013-14 Pre-Season All-SWAC 2nd Team select, led the Braves and finished second in the SWAC in scoring averaging 15.9 points per game. Luckett was named player of the week once this year after averaging 20.5 points in victories over Mississippi Valley State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
Luckett and the Braves will be in action on Thursday in the quarterfinal round against the #3 seed Alabama State. Tip-off is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
