Norianna Haynes sent UAPB's Carlisha Walker to the free throw line with .01 seconds to play. Walker would make both free throws as the Lady Braves lose a nailbiter to UAPB 51-49 at H.O. Clemmons Arena.
The Lady Braves outrebounded UAPB 44-33 but shot only 29.3 percent from the field.
Olivia Brown led the Lady Braves with 13 points.
Jazmin Strane recorded a double-double scoring 12 points and snatching down 11 rebounds.
This weekend the Lady Braves are back in action at home vs. Alabama State. Tip-Off slated for 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
