Braves fall to Hornets

Box Score Alcorn State University fell to Alabama State University, 10-0, Friday afternoon.
 
Alabama State held the Braves hit-less for the first five innings. Alcorn mustered four hits on the day.
 
PATRICK MCMAHON recorded two hits for the Braves, JUSTIN BARNA and ROBERT FLETCHER each had one hit, respectively.
 
Alcorn State's George Heilbig recorded the loss allowing six runs on seven hits and walking three.
 
The series will continue Saturday with doubleheader action. The first game is set to begin at 1 p.m.
