LAFAYETTE, La. – Freshman striker
RITA OKORO fired three shots including one on target but the Alcorn State University soccer program dropped a 10-0 decision in its season opener against UL-Lafayette inside the Ragin' Cajuns Soccer/Track Complex.
The Lady Braves (0-1) used 15 different student-athletes including two goalies as they mixed and matched their formations and lineups.

GISELLE ROJAS blocked three.
The Ragin' Cajuns (1-1) were led by seven different student-athletes who scored goals. Â
Alcorn returns to action Sept. 13 in a 4 p.m. match at Delta State University. Â It will play its home and conference opener against Howard on Sept. 23 at 4 p.m. at Jack Spinks-Marino Casem Stadium.
