Men's Basketball SWAC Home Opener Tonight Against Prairie View A&M Postponed

LORMAN, Miss. -- The scheduled SWAC home opener for the Alcorn State University men's basketball team has been postponed tonight against Prairie View A&M due to a positive COVID-19 test and subsequent quarantining of student-athletes among the Alcorn program.

The action follows the guidelines and protocols set by the league and its COVID-19 Advisory Committee. A make up date for the game has not been determined at this time.

The Lady Braves are still scheduled to play tonight against Prairie View A&M at 5:30 p.m. A reminder for fans looking to attend the game that there will be a limited capacity allowed into the event.
