LORMAN, Miss. –  The Alcorn State University baseball program lost game three to Jackson State on Sunday afternoon inside Willie E. "Rat" McGowan Stadium.
The Braves (3-4, 3-3 SWAC) registered eight hits, scored six runs, and struck out five Tigers.
Tristin Garcia continues to clobber the baseball, going 2-for-4 with two of the squad's three RBIs as
Hunter Wilson drove in the other before coming around to score himself.

Khalil Smith garnered a stolen base, a walk and a hit to go along with scoring twice.
Tyler Daniels,
Jarius Colley and
Jamil Betancourt all scored once, combining to reach base five times between the trio.
Jackson State (10-5, 6-0 SWAC) crossed the plate 30 times, had 22 hits, walked 13 times, stole six bags and tallied five extra base hits.
The Purple and Gold will look to bounce back into the win column on Friday when it travels to Huntsville, Alabama to battle the Bulldogs of Alabama A&M.
