Named the 2018 SWAC Newcomer of the Year... made 16 appearances including 13 starts and tossed five complete-games... fired a no-hitter against Rust College... earned three wins and led the team in ERA... threw 56.2 innings and struck out 27 batters... did not allow a home run the entire season... limited the opposition to a .283 batting average... earned SWAC Pitcher of the Week honors on March 5, 2018 after a big weekend at the Mississippi State Tournament
