2018 - SWAC Newcomer of the Week (9/11)

2020-21 (Junior):
Played 30 sets while appearing in all ten matches…Had three double-digit assist outings…Set season-highs in both assists (21) and digs (8) versus Southern (3/5)…Totaled 86 assists, 36 digs, 5.0 points, three kills and two service aces on the season.

2019 (Sophomore):
Played 16 sets over eight matches…Had a career-high 13 digs in a win at Mississippi Valley State (11/11)…Logged a team-high nine assists at Jackson State (11/7)…Totaled 28 digs, 12 assists, a point and an ace.  

2018 (Freshman):
Appeared in 28 matches and made six starts…Had 110 assists (11.0 assists per set) in three matches and had a double-double (48 assists and 10 digs) against William Carey (9/6)…Was top-three on the team in aces (23), assists (246) and assists per set (2.59)…Had eight double-digit assist outings…Tallied three service aces versus Prairie View A&M (10/21).

High School:
Played at East HS in Denver, Colorado...Was a 5A All-State Honorable Mention, an All-Conference First-Team, and was her team's captain in 2017...Additionally, she was tabbed her team's most improved player and received the Halo award for her work on and off the court...2017 stats include 928 assists, 192 digs, and 39 service aces...Highlight was beating the defending state champions in three sets...Played club with Denver Volleyball, Momentum Volleyball, and Ballistic Volleyball clubs...In 2015 her club team finished fifth in a national qualifier...Graduated with a 4.2 GPA, was on the honor roll, and was in the Black Student Alliance.

Born on Nov. 1…Daughter of Jimmy and Yvette Calhoun…Has an older sister, Lyric (23)…Mother ran track at Kansas and father played football at Antelope Valley College...Majoring in business administration.
