2019 - SWAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week (1/23)

2019 (Sophomore – Cross Country):
Ran the 4K in 21:14.49 at the Mississippi College Opener (8/30)...Posted a time of 27:10.21 and a top-25 finish in the 5K at the Southern Invitational (9/7)...Had a career-low mark of 25:40.10 during the 5K at the Allstate Sugar Bowl X Country Festival (9/14)…Recorded a 26:12.00 5K in the regular season finale at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede (9/28)...Logged a 26:57.26 in the 5K at the SWAC Championships (10/21).

2019 (Freshman – Outdoor Track & Field):
Ran a personal record of 4:43.05 in the 4x400 relays while jumping 4.98m in the long jump during the Jim Mize Invite (4/6)…Won the long jump with a personal-best of 5.24m at the UCA Open (4/13)…Competed in the 800m with a 2:56.86, the 100m hurdles with a 18.89 and the long jump with a mark of 5.06m during the Southern Miss Open (4/27)…Logged personal-bests in the triple jump at 11.20m, 200m with 28.15, 100m hurdles at 16.04, shot put at 9.07m, javelin throw of 28.41m and the heptathlon with 3,708 points. She also competed in the long jump at 4.99m, the 800m at 2:48.93, the high jump of 1.40m and a long jump of 4.69m at the SWAC Championships (5/5).
 
2019 (Freshman – Indoor Track & Field):
Posted marks of 1.40m in the high jump and 10.88m in the triple jump during the Samford Open (1/19)…Earned 3rd place in the triple jump at 11.10m and ran a 10.03 in the 60m hurdles at the Emory Invite (1/20)…Landed a 10.78m jump in the triple jump at the KMS Invite (1/27)…Jumped 10.80m in the triple jump at the Jaguar Invite (2/3)…Went 10.13m in the triple jump while tossing the shot put 9.00m during the Samford Open (2/9)…Recorded a personal-best in the pentathlon with 2,842 points to go along with personal-bests of 2:45.84 in the  800m, 9.90 in the 60m hurdles and a 1.46m in the high jump. She also participated in the long jump at 5.01m, triple jump at 11.02m and shot put of 8.99m during the SWAC Championships (2/15).
