Junior (Fall 2023) - Played with South Valley Chivas during the summer of 2023. Made 15 appearances for the Lady Braves after transferring from Reedley…Tallied one goal against Tougaloo College (Sept.15)...Recorded two goals against Texas Southern (Sept. 29 -1) and the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Oct. 6 -1).  
 

Prior to Alcorn - Attended Reedley College for two years and played both soccer and tennis. Graduated with an A.S. in plant science…Played starting center back at Reedley…Played in 34 matches for the Lady Tigers and started in 31… Tallied one goal and one assists in her career at Reedley…Received team MVP honors, team captain, and All- Central Valley Conference First Team…Holds Reedley record for most minutes played with 28 starts and over 1,000 minutes played…Was awarded Reedley’s Female Student-Athlete of the Year for her performance on the women's soccer program along with a successful tennis season.
 
 
High School - Attended Monache High School in Porterville, California…A 4-year varsity soccer starter...Received team M.V.P, Coaches Award, and Captain throughout her 4 years…A two-time All-California Interscholastic Federation Central Section Selection and two-time All Star game selection…Played volleyball for two years and received Defensive Player of the Year. 
 
 
Personal -  
Jiselle was born June 26,2003 in Porterville, California. She is the oldest daughter of Josephine and Jose Batres' five daughters. She is a first generation collegiate student-athlete on both sides of her family. Her favorite sports memory is any time she had the opportunity to play a game with her younger sisters Jessica and Janelle.
