PINE BLUFF, Ark. – After suffering a 3-1 setback to Grambling State University Friday, the Alcorn State University women's soccer squad fell 10-3 to the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff Sunday afternoon inside Pumphrey Stadium.

Viktoriya Mihaylova buried two penalty kicks in the second half against the Lady Lions (6-6-1, 6-1-1 SWAC). Striker
Rita Okoro also added her fifth goal in the 89
th minute.
UAPB posted a 19-1 shot advantage in the opening half, outscoring Alcorn 7-0.
Giselle Rojas played 90 minutes between the posts and totaled nine saves. The Lady Lions attack was fronted by Karissa Fenwick, Rebecca Holmes and Kesley Martin who netted two goals each.
The Lady Tigers (1-8, 1-6 SWAC) jumped ahead the Lady Braves Friday with two first-half goals, including a score on a Helen Ayim corner. Okoro answered the call with a goal of her own in the 42
nd minute before GSU's Florence David found the back of the net early in the second half.
Alcorn actually posted a 16-13 shot advantage as Okoro took six including five that tested the keeper.
Taylor Linney and Rojas split goalie duties and each tallied three saves.
The Lady Braves travel east next weekend to face Southwestern Athletic Conference foes Alabama A&M and Alabama State Friday and Sunday, respectively.
