LORMAN, Miss. – Alcorn State forward Iesha Rollins has been named the Southwestern Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week following a stellar performance that powered the Lady Braves to victory.
Rollins made an immediate impact, scoring just three minutes into the match to give Alcorn an early lead. She maintained her dominant form throughout the opening half, adding two more goals by the 33rd minute to complete her hat trick.
The Lady Braves standout led the offensive attack with four total shots, three of which were on target, finding the back of the net on all three scoring opportunities. Her performance marked one of the most efficient and commanding outings of the season for Alcorn State.
Rollins' offensive surge continues to showcase her as one of the conference's top scoring threats as the Lady Braves move deeper into SWAC play.
