Women's Basketball Set to Host Rust College
The Lady Braves return to the Davey L. Whitney Complex on Monday, December 1, for a non-conference matchup against Rust College. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. as Alcorn looks to build momentum heading into conference play. The contest will mark the team's final home game before conference play begins.
Men's Basketball Heads North to Face Iowa State
Following tournament action in Louisiana, the Braves hit the road once again to take on Iowa State on Wednesday, December 3, at 7 p.m. inside Hilton Coliseum. The matchup provides another opportunity for Alcorn to showcase its growth under first-year head coach Jacob Morton against Big 12 competition.
Track and Field Opens Indoor Season at the Southern Icebreaker
Alcorn State men's and women's track and field teams begin their 2025 indoor campaign on Friday, December 5, at the Southern Icebreaker hosted by Alabama State. The meet will be held in Birmingham, Alabama, starting at 9 a.m. under the direction of head coach Alonzo Banks. The event marks the first of several early-season tests as the Braves and Lady Braves aim to build toward the SWAC Indoor Championships.
