Lorman, Miss.- Alcorn State University marked a proud moment today as 26 student-athletes walked across the stage to receive their degrees, closing one chapter of their collegiate journey and stepping forward into the next with the same determination that defined their time on The Reservation. Representing multiple programs across Braves and Lady Braves Athletics, these graduates have balanced the rigors of Division I competition with the demands of academic excellence, demonstrating a commitment that reflects the core values of the University.
This year's graduating class also includes eight student-athletes who earned their master's degrees, a testament to the ambition and drive that continues to elevate Alcorn's tradition of academic achievement. Their advanced degrees signify the next level of preparation as they embark on careers, leadership roles, and service opportunities beyond campus.
Director of Athletics E. D'Wayne Robinson expressed his pride in the group, noting the lasting impact they have made on Alcorn State Athletics and the broader campus community. He commended their resilience, leadership, and the example they set for future Braves and Lady Braves.
