Biography

Veals led the SWAC in receiving yards per game with 81.7 in 2017. He etched career-highs of 253 receiving yards and three touchdown catches against MVSU.
 
Veals was named to the 2017 All-Conference First-Team and also was an HBCU All-America Honorable Mention. He led Alcorn with 901 receiving yards on the year.

Veals was also Alcorn's leading receiver in 2016 with 617 yards which ranked top-five in the SWAC. He caught 31 passes including seven touchdowns and a long of 55 yards. He averaged 56.1 receiving yards per game. His seven TD's ranked third in the conference.
