In 2019, Blair ranked sixth in the nation in yards per reception (21.2). The big-play threat was the team’s leading receiver with 931 yards and hauled in seven touchdowns. He saved his best for last with a career-high 150 yards and a score in the Celebration Bowl. Blair notched five 100-yard receiving games including 144 yards against Mississippi Valley State, 136 against Jackson State, 108 against Savannah State and 108 against Southern. His long was a 71-yard reception versus SSU to go along with two touchdowns in the game. Blair also caught a pair of scores against MVSU.

As a junior in 2018, Blair was Alcorn's leading receiver. He hauled in a team-high 529 receiving yards with six touchdowns. He averaged 12.3 yards per catch.

Blair is a 6-3, 200-pound wide receiver from Louisville, Mississippi. He spent the previous two seasons at Hinds CC and came to Alcorn with two years of eligibility left.
 
In 2017, Blair caught nine passes for 172 yards and three touchdowns in six games. The big-play threat averaged 19.1 yards per catch.
 
"Chris had an offer from Mississippi State, but after the coaching change there he decided to go a different way," McNair said. "I'd been trying to get Chris to come to Alcorn for a while, and I just kept in contact with him and we're very happy to have him."
