Biography

High School: Attended Palo Duro High School in Amarillo, Texas. Erin received a number of awards in high school including Team MVP, First Team All District, Most Team Kills, Most Team Digs, Female Athlete of the Week, and Second Team All District.

Personal: Erin is the daugther of Eric and Adrienne Mims. She is currently pursuing a degree in Biology. Mims’ favorite sport memory is her high school basketball coach purchasing the entire team Happy Meals after a loss, and telling them to “Be Happy”.
