Biography

Emerged as one of the top young runners in the SWAC during her first season as a Lady Brave, scoring points in the 3000m Steeplechase at the 2013 SWAC Outdoor Championships and broke a few freshman records. One of the hardest working runners to ever come through the Alcorn State Track and Field Programs.

2012-13: Captured the bronze medal in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2013 SWAC Outdoor Championships ... Ran a 4:58 in the 1500m run at the Ole Miss Invitational which was the fastest time ever in Alcorn State's track and field history ... Ran a 2:22 in the 800m run at the Mississippi College Twilight ... Placed 6th in the 5000m with a time of 19:55 at the Mississippi College Twilight Invitational. Cross Country - Placed 8th at the Demon Invitational with a personal best time of 19:37 ... Finished 14th at the 2012 SWAC Cross Country Chmapionships.

Prep: Earned All-State, All-Regionals, All-District and All-Dade County honors while at Miami Southridge.
