Top-10 Wins of 2019-20: #6 Braves Stun Tigers on Road for Historic Win

HOUSTON – The hot-shooting Alcorn State University men's basketball program took down Texas Southern on the road for a 95-80 win.
 
The Braves were on fire all night and shot 17-for-28 (.607) from three-point range and 24-for-26 (.923) from the free throw line.
 
Senior Maurice Howard registered a career-high 31 points, while senior Corey Tillery tallied a career-high 26 points. It was Alcorn's first win over TSU since 2007-08 to snap a streak of 25 consecutive defeats.

The Braves would go on to beat TSU again at home 90-75 to sweep the season series.
