AUSTIN, Texas – The Alcorn State women's 4 x 400-meter relay team placed second, and the men's 4 x 100-meter relay team placed fourth as the Braves competed at the 94th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays this weekend. The three-day event was hosted by the University of Texas at the Mike A. Myers Stadium Wednesday, March 23 – Saturday, March 26.
The Braves women's relay team, consisting of Khiah Williams, Endya Scott, An'Twanique Kinsler, and Mone Octave finished the 4x400 with a time of 3:43.85 for the silver medal.
The Alcorn men's relay team of Johnny Holloway, III, Ashton Defreeze, Amiri Franklin, and Bralon Robinson finished the 4x100 with a time of 40.83 for fourth place.
