CLINTON, Miss. –
Kelvin Kipkemboi led the way for the Alcorn State University Braves cross country team during the Watson Collegiate Cross Country Classic at Mississippi College on Friday morning. Kipkemboi finished third in the meet with a time of 25:13.6. Mississippi College's Jan Lukas Becker took top honors with a time of 23:29.8.
Bethwel Limo finished the race with a time of 29:33.5.
Terrell White ended the day with a time of 30:02.5 while
Chemar McGhee finished the race with a time of 31:50.9. Elijah Moncure rounded out the Braves with a time of 35:31.1.
The team had a combined time of 2:32:11 for the meet.
