Began the season off the bench and worked his way into the starting role – started the final eight games of the year… averaged 4.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game… netted a career-high 11 points at Kent State… scored 10 points against Rust College… pulled down a career-high seven rebounds against Grambling State

Spent his freshman season playing with Brunswick CC in in North Carolina... in 30 games, he totaled 234 points while shooting 47.2 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from beyond-the-arc... averaged 3.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game... excelled academically with 4.0 GPA... tallied a 1.4 assist:turnover ratio... netted a season-high 22 points against USC Salkehatchie and reached double-figures 10 times.
